Job Duties
- Monitoring and replenishing products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion
- removing dirty dishes, glassware, flatware and other items from tables and countertops, transporting to dish area
- ensuring work area is neat, clean and sanitized before and throughout shift by wiping down tables, counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
- partnering with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction
- maintaining all equipment in proper fashion such as self-service beverage machine, coffee machines, ice bins
- interacting with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner
- accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe and TIPS)
- adhering to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies
