Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience working in four-star or equivalent hotel settings
  • Proficiency in English for communication
  • Valid health and alcohol certifications
  • Strong computer skills for management software
  • Ability to train and supervise staff
  • Effective leadership and communication capabilities

Job Duties

  • Recruitment and hiring of restaurant staff

  • Managing financial responsibilities including revenue and payroll
  • Coordinating with Executive Chef on food offerings
