Job Duties

  • Clear and set tables
  • assist servers with water and bread service
  • set up preparation areas with linens, glassware and silverware
  • assist in folding napkins for service
  • clean side stations such as bread bins, refrigerators and coffee area
  • maintain coffee and iced tea service during shifts
  • load bread into warmers at beginning of shifts
  • bring linens back to linen department multiple times per shift
