Job Duties
- Clear and set tables
- assist servers with water and bread service
- set up preparation areas with linens, glassware and silverware
- assist in folding napkins for service
- clean side stations such as bread bins, refrigerators and coffee area
- maintain coffee and iced tea service during shifts
- load bread into warmers at beginning of shifts
- bring linens back to linen department multiple times per shift
