Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
- Food Handler's and/or Alcohol Server Permit or ability to obtain
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to carry trays, pizza boxes, or light bus tubs up to 25 lbs
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and make them feel at home
- Present menus, explain pizza and drink options, and offer recommendations
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly
- Assist with side work such as folding pizza boxes, refilling condiments, or helping with to-go orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
