Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and move comfortably for up to 5 hours at a time
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 35-50 pounds frequently
- comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- degree in hospitality is a plus
- minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload in a high-volume environment
- positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to team success
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- introduce and support the QR ordering and payment system
- present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages
- accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- serve food and beverages efficiently ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens when requested
- clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
