- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or assistant manager preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Supervise and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among team members
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement
- Lead by example, demonstrating Chick-fil-A's core values of integrity, excellence, and servant leadership in all interactions
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate with management to implement initiatives to improve operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
- Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for the team
- Open and close shifts, act as key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
