Job Requirements
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage, service standards, customer relations and etiquette
- Able to serve alcohol if required
- Tuberculosis clearance according to local health guidelines
- Appropriate food handler's card for the state
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Clear verbal and written communication skills

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage

- Ability to serve alcohol where applicable

Job Duties
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Maintains dining room cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards
- Works with management to ensure cleanliness of restaurant interior and exterior
- Assures customer satisfaction with daily dining experience
- Demonstrates proper customer service standards
- Handles customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Notifies supervisors or managers of customer complaints
- Attends all shift briefings and meetings
- Learns and becomes competent in all front-of-house duty stations
- Performs essential FOH tasks as server, host, cashier, refreshment, and bar staff
- Assists with storage and organization of deliveries
- Monitors stock levels according to company standards
- Reports operational issues to supervisors or managers
- Follows OSHA, food, and sanitation requirements
- Works scheduled shifts and notifies management of personnel changes
- Attends mandatory staff meetings
