Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food service environment
  • knowledge of SERV Safe and HACCP programs
  • ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • compliance with dress code
  • willingness to participate in HSEQ training
  • availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Qualifications

  • experience in food systems or food service operations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • leadership capability to manage and motivate teams

Job Duties

  • Drive customer service excellence
  • engage employees through effective team building
  • oversee safety programs and compliance with food safety regulations
  • manage signage and micro kitchen supervision
  • resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • schedule staff and coordinate shifts
  • hire and train new employees
  • support day-to-day front of house operations
  • comply with SERV Safe and HACCP standards
  • build strong customer relationships
  • maintain service standards and client performance expectations
  • oversee product inventory levels
  • complete tasks assigned by the Food Service Manager or General Manager
  • demonstrate accountability and self-awareness
  • adapt to changing environments while fostering a customer-focused team
