Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service systems
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak periods
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Must adhere to dress code and workplace policies
  • Compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service systems
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations like SERV Safe and HACCP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties

  • Drive customer service and manage employee engagement
  • Oversee safety programs and signage
  • Provide supervision for micro kitchen operations
  • Participate in and lead corporate employee training and development programs
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Schedule staff and manage shift assignments
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Support day-to-day operations of the front of house and micro kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with SERV Safe and HACCP regulations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain service standards and customer experience metrics
  • Manage product inventory levels
