Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service systems
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak periods
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Must adhere to dress code and workplace policies
- Compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures

- Knowledge of food safety regulations like SERV Safe and HACCP

Job Duties
- Drive customer service and manage employee engagement
- Oversee safety programs and signage
- Provide supervision for micro kitchen operations
- Participate in and lead corporate employee training and development programs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Schedule staff and manage shift assignments
- Hire and train new employees
- Support day-to-day operations of the front of house and micro kitchen
- Ensure compliance with SERV Safe and HACCP regulations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain service standards and customer experience metrics
- Manage product inventory levels
