Job Requirements

  • High school or GED required
  • 1-2 years restaurant experience in a high volume food and beverage environment
  • supervisory or management experience preferred
  • excellent reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills
  • ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
  • ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
  • health permit/food safety certification, Oklahoma ABLE liquor license, and Alcohol Awareness certifications required before first day of employment
  • physical ability to spend 90 percent of working time standing, walking, and reaching
  • able to push, pull, and lift objects
  • maintain body equilibrium on various surfaces
  • climb ladders, stairs, and ramps
  • carry loads greater than 35 pounds and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • hearing and vision abilities as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist with day-to-day operations
  • ensure a strong focus on guest and team member satisfaction
  • lead and hold team members accountable to attain hospitality, sales, and profit objectives
  • maintain highest standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • assist with development, performance, coaching, and training of team members
  • lead front of house restaurant operations
  • assist management with opening and closing responsibilities and assigning duties
  • oversee dining room set up and conduct walk-throughs
  • utilize systems and tools to manage quality shifts
  • assist with labor control and inventory management
  • ensure overall guest and team member satisfaction
  • communicate and establish rapport with guests
  • engage guests through table visits
  • manage comping and discounting of guest checks
  • adhere to responsible alcohol service policy
  • enforce safety and sanitation practices
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
