Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years as a restaurant supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in restaurant management software such as Micros, Agilysys, or similar software
- Knowledge of food health and safety principles and regulations
- Familiarity with training team members
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years as a restaurant supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of food health and safety principles and regulations
- Familiarity with training team members
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years as a restaurant supervisor, head waiter, or server trainer in a restaurant atmosphere preferred
- Casino experience preferred
- Additional industry certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Support and motivate team members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed according to established departmental standards
- Manage daily dining area operations by overseeing a team, coordinating activities, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
- Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through guests interactions
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Move throughout the outlet and kitchen areas to visually monitor and act, ensuring food quality and service standards are met
