Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role
  • Proficient with restaurant management software such as Micros or Agilysys
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Experience in training team members
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks timely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar hospitality role
  • Proficient in restaurant management software like Micros or Agilysys
  • Knowledge of food health and safety principles and regulations
  • Familiarity with team member training and development
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferred 3 or more years as a restaurant supervisor, head waiter, or server trainer
  • Casino experience is an asset
  • Additional industry certifications are advantageous

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Support and motivate team members ensuring adherence to departmental standards
  • Manage daily dining area operations and oversee a team during meal periods
  • Supervise floor operations to enforce standards and steps of service
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and assure smooth workflow
  • Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient stock of food supplies and essentials
  • Verify food quality through temperature checks, appearance, taste, and preparation methods
  • Assist restaurant manager with promotions, collateral updates, and reporting
  • Ensure equipment maintenance by reporting issues and coordinating repairs
  • Conduct competitive research and prepare operational status reports
