Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Perform all duties of the food and beverage team members
- greet and interact with guests, address inquiries, and handle escalated guest issues or concerns promptly
- empower and train staff to resolve minor issues and provide solutions independently
- manage customer queues, lines, and flow to minimize wait times
- supervise the operation of the food and beverage staff members, making sure staff members are taking breaks on time and according to break schedules
- ensure the team is welcoming, friendly, attentive and provides our guests with proper education on our offerings
- assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements
