Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Anticipate business levels, and perform accordingly
- Set the example of excellence in standards to other staff at all times
- Efficiently serves food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner, offers suggestions on daily specials and wine selections
- Use guest names wherever possible, and be aware if they are celebrating a special occasion
- Promote the restaurants, wines, tasting room, wine club and know about upcoming events on property
- Ensure the Front-of-House looks presentable to the guest
- Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions to drive sales
- Provide each item's taste, origin, and preparation methods
- Performs clean-up and closing duties
- Attends pre-meal meetings as requested

- Consistently follows local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- Deliver food orders to our members and guests accurately
- Double check order to ensure quality and correctness
- Communicate with server orders that are ready to be served
- Follow up with additional member requests and issues
- Welcome guests to the venue/ Greet customers upon their departure
- Manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name
- Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
- Assist wait staff as needed
