Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management
  • Ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of craft beer preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Capability to write schedules and manage labor
  • Experience with budgeting and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Driving sales and ensuring profitability
  • Ensuring every guest has a food and beverage experience that’s consistent with our standards
  • Learning about the wonderful world of craft beer
  • Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Writing schedules and managing labor
  • Handling inventory and ordering
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Selecting beer for our rotating tap program (for bar managers)
