Job Duties

  • Build strong relationships, anticipate needs, lead by example, promote a strong work ethic
  • Handle cash and monetary reports, answer phone calls, serve food, take orders, enforce food safety, delegate tasks
  • Manage labor effectively to increase sales and assist in training and development of staff
  • Track inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to solve problems and ensure smooth operations
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers
  • Greet and welcome guests, take and accurately input customer orders, ensure timely and accurate delivery of food, address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and enforce sanitation and safety standards, ensuring a clean and hygienic working environment
