Job Duties
- Motivate and supervise staff in the dining room and private dining rooms
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Hire, train, and develop hourly employees
- Manage scheduling and staff performance
- Maintain effective communication between front-of-house and other departments
- Implement and uphold restaurant policies and standards
