Job Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules

  • Ability to manage opening and closing duties effectively

Job Duties

  • Motivate and supervise staff in the dining room and private dining rooms
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Hire, train, and develop hourly employees
  • Manage scheduling and staff performance
  • Maintain effective communication between front-of-house and other departments
  • Implement and uphold restaurant policies and standards
