Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in management or supervisory role
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • proficiency in inventory management and ordering
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • willingness to work in varying temperature environments

Job Duties

  • lead by example and set a high standard for excellence within the team
  • foster a positive team environment by providing support to team members and acknowledging their achievements
  • implement effective communication channels such as Slack and text to ensure timely information
  • oversee the team’s efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences including product recommendations and accommodating special requests
  • develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, profit, labor, and merchandising goals
  • ensure maintenance of authentic store environment aligned with design layouts
  • lead inventory processes including ordering and stocking essential items
