Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in management or supervisory role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- proficiency in inventory management and ordering
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in varying temperature environments

Job Duties
- lead by example and set a high standard for excellence within the team
- foster a positive team environment by providing support to team members and acknowledging their achievements
- implement effective communication channels such as Slack and text to ensure timely information
- oversee the team’s efforts to ensure exceptional customer experiences including product recommendations and accommodating special requests
- develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, profit, labor, and merchandising goals
- ensure maintenance of authentic store environment aligned with design layouts
- lead inventory processes including ordering and stocking essential items
