Job Duties
- Lead by example on the floor, ensuring service standards are consistently met and exceeded
- Act as an advocate for hospitality, supporting and mentoring staff to grow within their roles
- Uphold and protect our standards for service, presentation, and guest experience
- Collaborate closely with ownership, the culinary team, and fellow managers to deliver seamless operations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, staff communication, and daily service execution
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance development for FOH staff
- Maintain a strong presence in the dining room, fostering genuine connections with guests and anticipating their needs
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives in both FOH operations and overall culture
