Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality
- knowledge of craft beer and spirits preferred
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capability to manage a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front of house manager or similar role
- strong knowledge of craft beer and spirits preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- experience with staff scheduling and training
- problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Interview and hire staff for the bar and waitstaff
- develop specialized hiring processes to meet restaurant needs
- manage training of servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers
- supervise upkeep of guest areas, directing staff and assisting in cleanup
- plan shifts using scheduling systems to assign waitstaff based on anticipated demand
- direct staff to handle unexpected situations and customer concerns during shifts
