Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work seasonal schedules including Monday through Sunday between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to uphold company policies and ensure compliance

Job Duties
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations
- Performs other duties as assigned
