  • 1-2 years of hospitality or cafe experience
  • Leadership or shift-lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hospitality or cafe experience, with leadership or shift-lead experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support the managers in overseeing daily operations and serve as Shift Supervisor as needed
  • Lead the FOH team during service, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members, reinforcing service and product standards
  • Support the manager in upholding brand standards across the store and with personnel
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable service while ensuring a smooth, efficient guest experience
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
