Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the managers in overseeing daily operations and serve as Shift Supervisor as needed
- Lead the FOH team during service, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members, reinforcing service and product standards
- Support the manager in upholding brand standards across the store and with personnel
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times
- Deliver warm, knowledgeable service while ensuring a smooth, efficient guest experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
