Job Requirements
- 3+ years full-service restaurant experience in supervisory or higher role
- Current OLCC license
- Current Food Handlers card
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Embody and teach The Sports Bra vision and values
- Support the General Manager and Chef in maintaining total ownership of the bar and dining environment
- Interact professionally and authentically with employees, guests, and suppliers
- Work effectively as a key team contributor, balancing independent initiative with clear communication
- Represent the company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Communicate all operational information honestly and timely
- Serve as a company spokesperson
- Train franchisees in FOH operations
- Coordinate daily Front of the House operations
- Supervise FOH staff, organize shifts and manage schedules
- Train new and current employees on customer service practices
- Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Oversee execution of opening and closing tasks
- Deliver superior customer service
- Oversee bar area operations and enforce OLCC regulations
- Engage directly with community by "touching tables"
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints
- Manage restaurant's public image and contribute to marketing
- Monitor marketing materials and signage
- Report to marketing team on initiatives and events
- Take ownership of merchandise program including ordering and inventory
- Maintain organized merchandise area
- Provide merchandise feedback to General Manager
- Manage catering events and ensure quality
- Assist with planning and execution of large-scale events
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage operational costs and reduce waste
- Oversee inventory for FOH supplies and merchandise
- Review product quality and research vendors
- Implement new policies and protocols
- Collaborate on seasonal menu changes with management
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
