- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Open and/or close the restaurant following Walk-On's operational checklists
- Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and positive guest experiences
- Support front- and back-of-house team members with guidance, communication, and encouragement
- Maintain Walk-On's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Handle cash drawers, safe counts, and deposits accurately and securely
- Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing new teammates
- Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational needs to the management team
