Job Duties

  • Open and/or close the restaurant following Walk-On's operational checklists
  • Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and positive guest experiences
  • Support front- and back-of-house team members with guidance, communication, and encouragement
  • Maintain Walk-On's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Handle cash drawers, safe counts, and deposits accurately and securely
  • Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements
  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing new teammates
  • Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational needs to the management team
