Job Description

The FOH Guest Service Partner position is a vital role within a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, designed to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through excellent front of the house operations. Typically part of each store's front of the house team, this position encompasses multiple duties including Cashier, Barista, Greeter, Expo, and Busser. Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Accurately take a guests order and enter it into the POS system
  • Be guest focused at all times
  • Check all product for our quality standards
  • Complete side work as required
  • Pre bus tables when time allows
  • Maintain guest relations
  • Complete daily checklists
  • Ensure all food pushed from the kitchen meets expectations
  • Shrink / security control
  • Follow all recipes as set forth by the company
  • Follow systems for quality control
