The FOH Guest Service Partner position is a vital role within a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment, designed to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through excellent front of the house operations. Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Accurately take a guests order and enter it into the POS system
- Be guest focused at all times
- Check all product for our quality standards
- Complete side work as required
- Pre bus tables when time allows
- Maintain guest relations
- Complete daily checklists
- Ensure all food pushed from the kitchen meets expectations
- Shrink / security control
- Follow all recipes as set forth by the company
- Follow systems for quality control
