Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in restaurant leadership preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to assist in various operational tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (supervisor, shift lead, or similar)
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and dining room operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant technology
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and ensure they receive excellent service throughout their visit
- Assist staff during high-volume periods and help resolve guest concerns
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers
- Monitor pacing, table turns, and overall dining room flow
- Supervise FOH staff during assigned shifts
- Provide on-the-spot coaching, encouragement, and corrective guidance
- Support training of new FOH employees to uphold service and hospitality standards
