Job Requirements

Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English
Able to read English
Ability to read or speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory
Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department
Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Repetitive hand use

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends
Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information
Accurately take orders ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team
Handle cash and card transactions ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
Bag and wrap to-go orders
Perform other related duties as assigned
