Job Requirements

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands
  • Must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours per shift
  • Must be able to move quickly and handle fast-paced movements throughout the restaurant
  • Ability to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds
  • Capability to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as job duties require

Job Duties

  • Setting up tables with the appropriate mise en place including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowl
  • Making sure all stations are fully stocked and prepared for service and maintaining them throughout service
  • Setting up candles on tables for ambiance
  • Detailing and organizing all tables before the start of service to ensure neat place settings
  • Delivering bread and water to all tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections as necessary
  • Keeping the bread warmer organized and fully stocked
  • Clearing tables between each course efficiently
  • Clearing and re-setting tables promptly for new guests
  • Completing assigned side work duties before and after service
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
