Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and understand direction in English
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hours
- Ability to lift, move, pull or carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to perform fast paced movements
- Ability to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Duties
- Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce and sugar bowl
- Making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service
- Setting up candles on the tables
- Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure neat and organized place settings
- Delivering bread and water to tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections when necessary
- Making sure the bread warmer is always organized and full
- Clearing tables between each course
- Clearing and resetting tables for new guests
- Completing assigned side work before and after service
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
