Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate and understand direction in English
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hours
  • Ability to lift, move, pull or carry at least 40 pounds
  • Ability to perform fast paced movements
  • Ability to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Duties

  • Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce and sugar bowl
  • Making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service
  • Setting up candles on the tables
  • Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure neat and organized place settings
  • Delivering bread and water to tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections when necessary
  • Making sure the bread warmer is always organized and full
  • Clearing tables between each course
  • Clearing and resetting tables for new guests
  • Completing assigned side work before and after service
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
