Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate and understand direction in English
Flexible schedule
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work on feet for at least 8 hours
Ability to lift, move, pull or carry at least 40 pounds
Ability to perform fast paced movements
Ability to kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Duties

Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place including ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce and sugar bowl
Making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service
Setting up candles on the tables
Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure neat and organized place settings
Delivering bread and water to tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections when necessary
Making sure the bread warmer is always organized and full
Clearing tables between each course
Clearing and resetting tables for new guests
Completing assigned side work before and after service
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
