Job Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours
- fast paced movements required to move among different areas
- must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds
- occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Duties
- Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place such as ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowl
- making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service and maintaining them throughout
- setting up candles on the tables
- detailing all tables before service to ensure neat and organized place settings
- delivering bread and water to all tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections as necessary
- ensuring the bread warmer is organized and fully stocked
- clearing tables between courses
- clearing and resetting tables for new guests
- completing assigned side work before and after service
- performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
