Job Requirements

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours
fast paced movements required to move among different areas
must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds
occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Duties

Setting up tables with the appropriate mis en place such as ketchup, salt, pepper, HP sauce, and sugar bowl
making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service and maintaining them throughout
setting up candles on the tables
detailing all tables before service to ensure neat and organized place settings
delivering bread and water to all tables in assigned sections and assisting other sections as necessary
ensuring the bread warmer is organized and fully stocked
clearing tables between courses
clearing and resetting tables for new guests
completing assigned side work before and after service
performing other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
