Job Requirements
- 2-3 years casual dining restaurant experience
- 2-3 years fine dining restaurant experience
- Proven senior leadership experience within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service
- Maintain high guest satisfaction through feedback management and resolving concerns
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
- Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety
- Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability
- Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff
- Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts
