Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years casual dining restaurant experience
  • 2-3 years fine dining restaurant experience
  • Proven senior leadership experience within the restaurant industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction through feedback management and resolving concerns
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
  • Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability
  • Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff
  • Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts
