Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years casual dining restaurant experience
  • 2-3 years fine dining restaurant experience
  • Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of health safety and food service regulations
  • Capability to lead and motivate a diverse team

  • Manage budgets control costs and enhance profitability

  • Manage inventory levels orders and stock rotation
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and licensing regulations
  • Resolve issues promptly from guest complaints to staff conflicts
