Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in casual dining restaurant management
  • 2-3 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • Ability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Capability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control
  • Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability
  • Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff
  • Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts
