Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • At least five years of experience in related field preferred
  • Experience with supervision of employees required
  • Food Service Sanitation certification
  • Alcohol Service permit if state required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to walk or stand for significant periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in related field preferred
  • Hotel restaurant management experience preferred
  • Experience with supervision of employees required
  • Food Service Sanitation certification
  • Alcohol Service permit if state required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Four-year college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead daily breakfast service operations with a focus on delivering world-class luxury dining experiences
  • Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing service team committed to excellence and personalized guest care
  • Ensure standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance consistently reflect a five-star environment
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs in alignment with business volume and guest expectations
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a gracious and solutions-oriented approach
  • Support hotel-wide initiatives and work closely with other department leaders to enhance the overall guest journey
