Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- At least five years of experience in related field preferred
- Experience with supervision of employees required
- Food Service Sanitation certification
- Alcohol Service permit if state required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to walk or stand for significant periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Lead daily breakfast service operations with a focus on delivering world-class luxury dining experiences
- Supervise, train, and inspire a high-performing service team committed to excellence and personalized guest care
- Ensure standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance consistently reflect a five-star environment
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor costs in alignment with business volume and guest expectations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a gracious and solutions-oriented approach
- Support hotel-wide initiatives and work closely with other department leaders to enhance the overall guest journey
