Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional baking experience
- open availability to work including weekends and holidays
- able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- must maintain grooming and uniform standards
- ability to use kitchen utensils safely including knives and ovens
- able to stand for long shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
- commitment to at least 1 year in the position
- able to work around loud noises and fluctuating temperatures
- must enjoy working in a team environment

Job Duties
- Arrive at work on time and ready to start
- help maintain a positive team environment
- communicate openly with managers and team members
- maintain quality standards for all baked items
- organize and sanitize work areas
- mix, shape, and bake various bread types
- execute proper proofing and troubleshoot dough issues based on temperature
- process and shape laminated and enriched doughs such as croissants and brioche
- cross-train in other baking projects as needed
