Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • accurately accept customer food and drink orders
  • serve patrons food and beverages
  • accurately communicate guest orders to chefs
  • collect payments from guests
  • assist in setting tables and rearranging dining areas
  • deliver a memorable dining experience by promptly resolving customer issues
  • provide attentive service including refilling drinks and checking on guest needs during meals
  • maintain table settings by replenishing utensils, filling water glasses, and removing completed courses
  • anticipate and accommodate guest needs
  • perform cleaning duties at service stations, kitchen, and dining areas
