Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- accurately accept customer food and drink orders
- serve patrons food and beverages
- accurately communicate guest orders to chefs
- collect payments from guests
- assist in setting tables and rearranging dining areas
- deliver a memorable dining experience by promptly resolving customer issues
- provide attentive service including refilling drinks and checking on guest needs during meals
- maintain table settings by replenishing utensils, filling water glasses, and removing completed courses
- anticipate and accommodate guest needs
- perform cleaning duties at service stations, kitchen, and dining areas
