Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in floral design or retail environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Create, design, and fashion live, cut, and artificial floral arrangements
- Assist guests with floral purchases
- Maintain floral department products
- Greet guests and take floral orders
- Process orders with incoming flowers and plants
- Ensure high quality product displays
- Answer phones and take special orders
