Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in floral design or retail customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good physical stamina to handle floral inventory
- Ability to use phone systems for order taking
- Willingness to work as part of a team

- Experience in floral design or related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to create artistic and appealing floral arrangements

Job Duties
- Create and design live, cut, and artificial floral arrangements for guests and events
- Assist guests with floral purchases and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and organize floral department products and displays to ensure high quality and aesthetic appeal
- Greet customers and take floral orders over the phone and in person
- Process orders with incoming flowers and plants efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and floral department goals
- Ensure accurate handling and care of floral inventory
