Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read write and comprehend English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols infection control fire prevention and safety measures in long-term care are highly valued but not required training will be provided
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms kitchens and common areas
- Dispose of trash and waste
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines vacuums etc
