Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
  • Ability to operate floor cleaning machines and other cleaning equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina
  • Availability to work part-time and on a PRN basis

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers and buffers
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain floors using appropriate techniques and equipment
  • Sanitize and clean assigned areas including resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Report maintenance issues or hazards to the management team
  • Collaborate with other staff members to promote a clean and safe environment
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down furniture or equipment as needed
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
