- one year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- document incoming and outgoing items
- keep a tidy and organized work area
- maintain stock of shop supplies
- load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas
- verify documented counts against physical counts of stock
- receive and fill orders or prepare supplies for sale
- install protective devices to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
- drive truck or forklift to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials
- pickup and deliver customer equipment, shop supplies, parts, etc.
- perform facility janitorial and maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, removing trash, and communicating work orders
