Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of side by side, boost machine, and high-speed buffer
- Ability to perform housekeeping duties
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Must be available every other weekend and some nights
- Ability to adhere to federal, state, local, and departmental rules and regulations
- Must be able to manage blood and body fluid exposure risk level 1
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of side by side, boost machine, and high-speed buffer
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintenance of carpet throughout the building including shampooing, spotting, and vacuuming
- Maintenance of all tile throughout the building including washing, waxing, buffing, and stripping
- Performs housekeeping duties when needed
- Responsible for linen distribution at the end of the shift
- Distributes supplies to each housekeeper at the end of the day
- Responsible for trash runs during the day from all assigned locations
- Other duties as assigned
