Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • Ability to take shuttle transportation daily if driving
  • Ability to work Thursday through Monday night shift
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience preferred
  • Ability to operate floor care equipment
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Good physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using industrial equipment
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets and rugs
  • Operate and maintain floor care machines such as buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and extractors
  • Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas
  • Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
  • Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control and sanitation standards
