Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- Ability to take shuttle transportation daily if driving
- Ability to work Thursday through Monday night shift
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to operate floor care equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors using industrial equipment
- Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets and rugs
- Operate and maintain floor care machines such as buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and extractors
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas
- Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
- Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control and sanitation standards
