Job Requirements
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening tests
- Ability to pass requirements to obtain a security badge as needed
- Authorization to work in the US as per the E-Verify database
- Six months to one year floor care experience
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours as per client needs
- Willingness to follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Job Qualifications

- Experience operating cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
- Preferred one or more years experience as a Floor Technician or similar role.
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned flooring is appropriately cleaned and maintained
- Clean and maintain floors and carpets by stripping, mopping, shampooing, and buffing
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
- Prioritize work assignments and adapt to changing priorities due to unforeseen events
- Report and address hazardous conditions and maintain safety standards
- Use equipment and chemicals safely according to guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client concerns
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
- Perform janitorial functions such as polishing furniture, emptying garbage, dusting, and washing walls
- Engage in occasional ground maintenance including snow removal, salting, mowing, and trimming
- Participate in training, quality assurance, and safety meetings
- Follow company policies and safety manuals.
