Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to communicate with all ages genders and personalities
  • ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during sales rushes
  • must complete Safe Alcohol Service training and meet age requirements for alcohol service
  • ability to occasionally lift and clean food preparation and drink equipment
  • regular and consistent attendance
  • ability to work varying schedules including holidays weekends evenings and alternate shifts
  • comply with employment eligibility verification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • some college course work preferred
  • at least 1 year customer service experience
  • supervisory experience
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • knowledge of safety and operational standards

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff including ushers box office and concession employees
  • ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the theater
  • assist with training employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • monitor theater cleanliness safety and presentation including auditoriums lobbies restrooms and concession areas
  • respond to customer inquiries complaints and incidents professionally and promptly
  • support opening and closing procedures
  • assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking and ordering supplies
  • enforce company policies safety protocols and operational standards
  • communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs maintenance issues or operational concerns
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
