Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to communicate with all ages genders and personalities
- ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during sales rushes
- must complete Safe Alcohol Service training and meet age requirements for alcohol service
- ability to occasionally lift and clean food preparation and drink equipment
- regular and consistent attendance
- ability to work varying schedules including holidays weekends evenings and alternate shifts
- comply with employment eligibility verification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- some college course work preferred
- at least 1 year customer service experience
- supervisory experience
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of safety and operational standards
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff including ushers box office and concession employees
- ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the theater
- assist with training employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- monitor theater cleanliness safety and presentation including auditoriums lobbies restrooms and concession areas
- respond to customer inquiries complaints and incidents professionally and promptly
- support opening and closing procedures
- assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking and ordering supplies
- enforce company policies safety protocols and operational standards
- communicate effectively with management regarding staffing needs maintenance issues or operational concerns
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
