Job Requirements

Completion or progress towards cast certification program
obtaining all legally required state or local training and certifications
legal age to serve alcohol according to state and local laws
maintain current alcohol training and permits
background check clearance
ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear frequently
ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment capabilities
adherence to all company policies and procedures
excellent attendance
adherence to dress code policies

Job Qualifications

Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist or progress towards completion
legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
possession of all legally required state or local training certificates
completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
good public speaking and effective listening skills
ability to respond clearly and directly
ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
capability to identify and correct errors
strong problem identification and evaluation skills
ability to consider alternatives and reach evidence-based conclusions
capability to perform under pressure
excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Duties

Regular and consistent attendance
exceptional guest service skills
ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
serve alcohol where applicable following state and local laws
knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding alcohol service
ensure alcohol certification and training is current
promote Regal Crown Club Program
enforce MPAA rating system
knowledge of coupons and ongoing promotions
handle money, cash drawers, delivery receipts, and inventory accurately
detect counterfeit bills
utilize excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
operate, prepare, and clean related equipment
properly use concession storerooms
properly use cleaning materials
follow opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
comply with emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
adhere to food safety laws
comply with dress code
ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
track and report tips accurately
complete cast certification and concessionist training
complete training on sexual harassment and discrimination
