Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as cast member or box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Ability to perform accurate calculations quickly
- Understand and apply MPAA rating system and company policies
- Ability to handle emergency situations when called upon
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Comply with company dress code
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Required to read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination
- Have current alcohol certification and training if selling or serving alcohol
- Be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
- Successful completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately and quickly
- Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action
- Capable of working under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including cash and credit handling
- Upsell premium viewing experiences and concession items
- Promote the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Handle guest inquiries and phone calls courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, restrooms, lobby and other theater areas
- Assist with crowd control and ushering duties including ticket tearing and seating
