Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old if assigned duties include selling or serving alcohol
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if applicable
- Must adhere to company dress code
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Must possess good vision including depth perception and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion
- Completion of legally required alcohol training and certification if selling or serving alcohol
- Good public speaking abilities
- Effective listening and clear communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Problem identification and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication with customers, coworkers, and management
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash drawer and credit cards
- Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure ticket sales comply with MPAA rating system
- Respond to guest inquiries according to guest service philosophy
- Prepare and clean concession equipment
- Comply with all food safety laws
- Perform ticket tearing and direct patrons
- Inspect backpacks and manage crowd control
- Conduct in theatre inspections for picture and sound quality
- Report problems and discrepancies to management
- Clean auditoriums and maintain lobby cleanliness
- Assist with opening and closing duties
