Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- Completion of required alcohol certification and training if applicable
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to adhere to company dress code and policies
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program
- Progress towards box office cashier certification
- Good public speaking skills
- Ability to listen and respond effectively
- Ability to perform fast and accurate calculations
- Ability to identify and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Duties
- Operate POS system and handle cash accurately
- Promote sales including premium viewing experiences and loyalty programs
- Ensure tickets and concessions comply with policies and legal requirements
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Manage seating, crowd control, and enforce MPAA rating system
- Conduct theatre inspections and maintain cleanliness
- Assist with opening, closing, and emergency procedures
