Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- completion of cast certification program as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- legal age to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- ability to stand walk sit use hands reach talk and hear frequently
- occasional lifting up to 60 pounds
- availability to work between 7 AM and 2 AM
- ability to comply with company dress code
- strong attendance record
- ability to perform cleaning tasks
- completion of applicable state and local alcohol service training if assigned
- ability to pass required training modules including sexual harassment and discrimination
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- good public speaking and listening skills
- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- knowledge of food safety laws
- ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- responsible beverage server certification if serving alcohol
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed coupons
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- up selling and suggestive selling
- complying with food safety laws and company policies
- ensuring MPAA rating system adherence
- responding to guest inquiries professionally
- tearing tickets collecting and depositing stubs
- directing patrons to auditoriums
- inspecting backpacks and packages
- managing crowd control and assisting guests
- conducting theater inspections for picture sound quality and safety
- reporting problems to management
- performing in-auditorium concession sales
- cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby and hallways
- monitoring vending equipment operation
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
